One calendar for every service
Boarding, daycare, grooming, walking and training all sit on the same calendar. Set a capacity for boarding and daycare so you never take more pets than you have room for, and see every arrival and departure for a given day at a glance.
Invoices and deposits
Raise an invoice straight from a booking and send it as a PDF. Ask for a percentage deposit up front and mark it reconciled when the bank transfer lands. Invoices can be voided but never deleted, so your history stays auditable. Card payments through Stripe are built but not switched on yet.
An owner portal, under your name
Owners sign in at your own web address, request stays, keep their pets' details current and upload vaccine records. Every request comes to you to approve or decline, so nothing is booked behind your back.
