Dog training software
Training is a relationship with one dog over many weeks, and the notes matter more than the diary. Biffles books sessions as timed slots and keeps everything you have learned about the dog on a record that is still there when you come back next Thursday.
HOWDog Training Booking Software | Biffles
Set the hours you train, how long a session runs and the days you offer. Biffles builds the slots on the same calendar as the rest of your week.
Set how many dogs can take the same slot. One is a one-to-one; six is as close as Biffles gets to a group class, with each dog booked separately.
Set a price on your training service and it is charged per pet on the booking.
Behaviour, medications and special requirements live on the pet record rather than on the booking, so what you learned in week one is in front of you in week six.
- Slot times built from your opening hours and appointment length, capped by how many you can run at once, so a full slot stops being offered
- Set how many dogs share a slot, from a one-to-one to a small group
- Per-pet pricing
- Behaviour and special requirements on a record that persists
- An incident log
- Vaccine expiry flagged on your dashboard before they arrive
- Add a booking from the staff diary, or approve the ones owners request in the portal
- PDF invoices with a void-only audit trail, and percentage deposits by bank transfer
- Import your client list from another platform, and export it whenever you like
- Turn on Dog Training in Settings and set the price and session length
- Set the hours you train and how many dogs share a slot
- Book a session from the diary, or approve one from the portal
Common questions
Can I run group classes?
Not as a roster. Set the slot capacity to the number of dogs you can take at once, and several can book the same time, each as its own booking. What you do not get is a class list, a waiting list, or a course to sell up front.
Can I sell a six-week course up front?
No. There are no packages or prepaid blocks. Each session is booked and invoiced on its own.
Can I assign a session to a particular trainer?
Not yet. Slot capacity caps how many dogs share a time, but a session is not tied to a named trainer.
Where do my notes on a dog live?
On the pet record, so they persist between sessions rather than being buried in one booking.
How do owners book a session?
Through the owner portal, as a request you approve or decline. You can also add a session yourself from the staff diary.
