Common questions
Do appointments have a length?
Yes. Set the appointment length on the grooming service, along with your opening and closing times and the days you offer it. Biffles builds the slots from that and will not let a slot be booked past the concurrent capacity you set.
Can I assign a groom to a particular groomer?
Not yet. Concurrent capacity controls how many grooms run at once, which stands in for the number of tables, but a booking is not tied to a named groomer.
Can I sell grooming packages?
No. There are no packages or memberships in Biffles. Each groom is booked and invoiced on its own.
How do owners book a groom?
Through the owner portal, as a request you approve or decline. You can also add the appointment yourself, straight from the staff diary.
