PetExec and Biffles serve the same daycare and boarding world. Biffles is newer and simpler: one calendar, clear pet records, and an owner portal your clients can use without ringing you. Here is how to bring your clients across, owners and pets together.

How to switch, step by step
In PetExec, use the reporting and export tools to download your owner list and your pet list as CSV. PetExec's support can also provide a full export of your account data on request.

In Biffles, open Owners and choose Import. Select PetExec from the platform list, upload your CSV, and we match the columns for you. Owners and their pets arrive together. Review the preview, then import.

Common questions
Will I lose any data moving from PetExec?
No. Your owners and their pets come across from the CSV export. We recommend keeping PetExec accessible for a short while so past bookings and invoices stay on hand for reference.
How long does switching take?
Most businesses are up and running the same day. The import itself takes a few minutes once you have your CSV.
Can I run PetExec and Biffles at the same time?
Yes. Keep taking bookings on PetExec until you are confident, then pick a quiet day to go live on Biffles.
What if a column will not line up?
The import screen lets you match any column by hand. If something still will not fit, send us your export and we will get your list in for you.
