Common questions
Is there GPS tracking or a walk report?
No. Biffles does not track routes and does not send owners a map or a photo report of the walk. If that is the heart of what you sell, Biffles is not the tool for it.
Can I assign walks to a particular walker?
Not yet. Concurrent capacity caps how many walks run in the same slot, but a walk is not tied to a named walker.
Can I book several dogs on one walk?
Yes. A booking can carry more than one pet, and the price follows the number of pets.
How do owners book a walk?
Through the owner portal, as a request you approve or decline. You can also add a walk yourself from the staff diary.
