Set a nightly rate on your boarding service. A stay is that rate multiplied by the number of nights, worked out as you pick the dates, so nobody is adding up on a notepad.
Add a per-pet tier ladder and two dogs from the same household board at a lower nightly rate than two separate bookings would cost. Above your top tier the rate simply holds.
Set how many pets you can board at once. The owner portal checks it before it accepts a request, so you do not get booked past the door on a bank holiday weekend.
One click in and one click out. A stay still running past its check-out date is flagged as an overstay, so it never quietly disappears off the invoice.

Common questions
How is a multi-pet stay priced?
You set the nightly rate for one pet, then a ladder: two pets at one rate, three at another, and so on. Biffles picks the rate that matches the number of pets on the booking and multiplies by the nights. Above your highest tier, the top rate applies.
Can I charge different rates for different sizes of dog?
Not today. A business has one boarding service, with a nightly rate and the per-pet tier ladder. Size-based or room-based pricing is not built.
Do you allocate pets to a specific kennel?
No. Boarding is capacity based: you tell Biffles how many pets you can take, and it stops the portal booking beyond that. There is no pen or run allocation.
Where do cats go?
On the Cattery service, which is separate from Boarding and carries its own capacity. A full kennel never blocks a cat's stay.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes, as a percentage of the booking, paid by bank transfer and marked reconciled when it lands. Card payments through Stripe are built but not switched on yet.
